So surprised and happy to find this VA… So surprised and happy to find this VA application online and available to convert to a filler style form. Printing the document by-hand was painful and re-dos were tedious but with your program I was able to complete and annotate (where needed) the application in a legible, presentable manner. Thank you for this program.

Adding sticky notes to a Word document is a fairly simple process that can have an eye-catching effect in your document, make information stand out clearly and save time re-typing. To add a sticky into your document, you need to capture an image of the sticky and paste it in.
Attaching a sticky note To stick a note to any Microsoft word document, right-click on the note title and choose Stick To Window option from the menu as shown in the below picture. Alternatively press Ctrl+W from within the sticky note.
Hold down the "Alt" key and press the "Print Screen" key, which is usually located in the top right of the keyboard. At the chosen insertion point in the Word document, right-click and select Paste from the context menu. Your note will appear as an image at that place in the document.
Sticky Notes in Windows 10 To find the application in Windows 10, click on your start button and type in sticky notes. Select the Sticky Notes option. Right-click the entry in your start menu and select Pin to taskbar so you can open the program directly from your desktop.
1To create a Sticky Note, click StartAll ProgramsAccessoriesSticky Notes. ... 2Type the text of the note. ... 3You can also format the note text if you want. ... 4When you finish entering the note text, simply click somewhere on the desktop outside the sticky note itself.
To leave a note in a Word document, select a word or line of text, click "New Comment" on the Review tab and type your comment in the text box.
1Select the chunk of text you want to comment on. ... 2On the Review tab, click the New Comment button in the Comments group. ... 3Type your comment. ... 4Click the mouse back in your text or press the Esc key to stop typing the comment. ... 5Click the Reviewing Pane button to see the comments.
First and foremost, select the text which you want to put in margin. Then click Home tab. Next, click the extend button in Paragraph group. Now you will open the Paragraph dialog box. Look at the Indentation part. ... At last, click OK to save the change.
On the View tab, click Print Layout in the Document Viewsgroup. On the Review tab, click Show Markup in the Tracking group, and then select the Comments check box. To display the comments the way that you want them to appear in the printed document, do one of the following:
Highlight the text that you need to annotate in Word by clicking and dragging to select a word or series of words. In Word 2003, click the Insert menu and choose "Comment." In Word 2007 or 2010, click "New Comment" in the Comments section of the Review tab. Type out your comment and press the ESC key to close it.
