I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

A noncompete agreement is a contract, and if you break or "breach" it, your former employer can sue you for damages. ... Your old employer may file a lawsuit against you alone if you started working for a competitor or started your own competing business.
A non-compete prohibits an employee from engaging in a business that competes with his/her current employer's business. While an employer cannot require you to sign a non-compete, they may terminate, or choose not to hire you if you refuse to sign. Courts generally do not approve of non-compete agreements.
Non-compete agreements are generally enforceable in Texas, so long as they are reasonable geographically, in length of time and in their scope, and so long as the employer gives up something of value such as confidential information about pricing, customers, marketing or the like.
