learning was difficult at first, your how to video's are too fast for a 74 year old to absorb, but hands on usage got me going in the end. I had to enter an enormous amount of text in my PDF form, but the ability to resize text boxes was a boon. Thanks, Bob Harrison

It's great. My kids have a lot of form for school that we have to print, sign, and then scan back into the computer. This prevents them (or me) from having to do this, great software!

What do you like best? I love how I can neatly complete compliance filings that don't have a fillable PDF format using PDF filler. I can type on the form in PDF filler instead of having to print a hard copy and hand write or use a typewriter - who even has access to one of those anymore, lol? What do you dislike? It can be tricky to get the alignment just right and then save the completed document. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool for using to complete documents that don't have fillable format. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Completing compliance filings for various States that don't offer fillable PDF forms.

Important Documents To Pack in Your Hospital Bag Copies of your birth plan (if you have one) An up-to-date picture ID (driver's license or passport) Health insurance information. Hospital registration forms. Pregnancy medical files, pregnancy journals, or notes, if any.
Essential items and documents: A picture ID (driver's license or other ID) and your insurance card. Check with the hospital or birth center ahead of time regarding any paperwork you should bring. Ask if it would be helpful for you to bring a copy of your medical records.
For yourself Loose and comfortable clothing to wear during labour. A few changes of comfortable day clothes and sleepwear. Maternity bras and comfortable underwear (several pairs). Maternity sanitary pads x 2 packets. Toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste etc). Any medications that you regularly take.
Items the Hospital Will Need from You Health plan insurance card. Hospital admissions papers (you may have to be pre-admitted) Pregnancy medical file, including over-the-counter and prescription medicine information. Birth preferences.
Be prepared with a few nursing bras or other comfortable, well-fitting bras. Toiletries. Don't forget tissues, a hairbrush, a comb, deodorant, a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, hair clips, and hair ties. Pack a plastic bag to pop dirty clothes in.
Items you should bring: Nightgown and bathrobe. Slippers. Bra and nursing bra. Breast pads. Socks (several pair) Underwear (several pair) Hair ties (scrunchies) Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, lip balm, lotion, and deodorant.
A birth certificate is one of the most important documents your child will need. While you're in the hospital, you'll fill out a form that will be used to create your baby's birth record with information like mother's maiden name, home address and more. (One of the reasons they ask you to bring your driver's license!)
Too much food. A few of your favorite snacks and some water is good to have on hand, but don't bring too much food with you. You might not get a chance to eat it, and if your stay is longer than expected, the hospital will likely provide you with food, or your partner can bring some extra snacks if needed.
Pack your hospital bag a few weeks before your due date so you'll be ready for any surprises. Use this checklist while you pack to be sure you don't forget anything! You'll need your baby's car seat to be properly installed in the back seat.
