overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

THE BEST SUPPORT TEAM I'VE EVER FOUND It is honestly the best and most complete pdf program with all the features. It's fast, intuitive, and their support team is absolutely prompt and efficient. I thought I had to wait like with other programs and help on the Internet, but nothing could be further from the truth: in less than two hours my problem is solved. I am very happy with them.

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.

Excellent customer service. Keep it up. Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

You might think that the only person responsible for writing a scope is the project manager, but in fact, there are more people involved in this process. Project stakeholders also play a role in defining a scope, as they define timeframes and affect key activities.
That's what makes scope management such an important part of a business—it saves both time and money. There are generally two different types of scope in project management. These are project and product scope.
Steps for defining project scope Define the project's goals. Every project has an objective — that's why you're doing it in the first place. Define the project's deliverables. Define the project's tasks and activities. Define the project's exclusions. Define the project's constraints.
8 key steps to developing a project scope statement Understand why the project was initiated. Define the key objectives of the project. Outline the project statement of work. Identify major deliverables. Select key milestones. Identify major constraints. List scope exclusions. Obtain sign-off.
Defining project scope requires input from the project stakeholders. They work with project managers to establish the key elements of budget, objectives, quality and timeline. To determine scope, project managers must collect requirements for what the stakeholders need from the project.
The project manager is generally responsible for writing the project scope document. This document requires input from the customer and any major stakeholders, including end-users, project sponsors, subject matter experts, and others.
The project scope is the total amount of work that needs to be done to complete a project. To define it, project managers must break down the project into the tasks and deliverables that'll be executed to meet goals and stakeholder requirements and deliver the project successfully.
Project scope example The introduction should define the purpose, goal, and stakeholders. An introductory statement might start with, “This marketing project is being undertaken to create an article to post on the blog to create brand awareness.” The project scope is the main piece of the project scope statement.
Project scope is the part of project planning that involves determining and documenting a list of specific project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs and deadlines. The documentation of a project's scope is called a scope statement or terms of reference.
How to write scope of work in 8 steps Introduce the project. Summarize the objectives. Describe the actual scope of work. Detail the project tasks. State the project schedule. List the project deliverables. Specify an adoption plan. State project management roles.

Project scope is a way to set boundaries on your project and define exactly what goals, deadlines, and project deliverables you'll be working towards. By clarifying your project scope, you can ensure you hit your project goals and objectives without delay or overwork. Defining your project scope isn't a one-person job.
