I did run into some glitches and contacted customer service, but they said they were unable to view my documents to remedy the problem.

I like the fact that live Customer service is always there to guide you if there's a problem.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

Great customer service!
I contacted the company when I realized I had signed up for the wrong plan. Within minutes, they replied to my email and refunded me, as well as set me up with the plan that was right for me.

Great PDF Filler!
We needed and easy way to for patients to sign there name for Covid testing. Before we came across this they were signing with pen and paper and now they sign digitally on and case protected iPad that can be wiped down and sterilized. The iOS pdffiller app then digitally sends the completed PDF to a nurse. The whole process is seamless.
PDFfiller is very easy to use. Some features that we love are:
-Being able to convert a file into a PDF
-Converting a PDF into a Fillable PDF
-Creating PDF online.
There is also a mobile application for Android and iOS that works great.
Initially it was tough finding out where things were and where the files ended up when saved or converted over to be fillable. I think the menu could be simplified and reorganized.

I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.

How do you strike through in Zip forms?
To use the Strike-Out feature, click on Strike-Out button in the Edit drop down menu.
With the mouse pointer over the text you wish to strike-out, hold down the left mouse button and drag to draw a line over the text.
How do you strike out a form?
With the form opened that you wish to Strikeout text on, click and drag the mouse pointer over the text that you wish to Strikeout. Make sure that all the desired text is selected.
Click on the Strikeout button. The selected text will now be struck out.
