No way to easily add additional pages in a template I used. Had to keep erasing everything to start new page. “Next” button skips all over the page, so this isn’t tablet-friendly. Waste of my annual subscription fee.

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.

An occupancy permit is a permit issued under the Building Act 2011 (WA) which specifies the authorized use and classification for a building, such as 'office' or 'retail'.
A certificate of occupancy can be obtained through the local government, usually in the town or county's building department or department of housing. The request has to be made before any work is actually done.
To gain an occupancy permit, a certificate of compliance needs to be completed to show the building is safe to occupy. The certificate needs to be signed by a suitably qualified registered building surveyor, and issued by a registered building surveying contractor (or local government).
A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy or TCO indicates that the property is safe for occupancy, but it has an expiration date. Twos typically expire 90 days after they are issued.
A certificate of occupancy is a document issued by a local government agency or building department certifying a building's compliance with applicable building codes and other laws, and indicating it to be in a condition suitable for occupancy.
In order to obtain a certificate of occupancy, your property must pass a series of inspections. These inspections may include a plumbing inspection, an electrical inspection, a fire safety inspection, and a general building inspection.
If you plan to move, rent to a tenant, or occupy a building for business purposes, you must obtain a use and occupancy permit. Without it, your right to exist or operate in an establishment will not be recognized by your local government agency or building department.
What is the Certificate of Occupancy, and why is it such a big deal? Share: Without a correct C of O, a building can not be legally occupied. So if you are in a building that doesn't have this document, except in some rare instances, you run the risk of the city issuing a vacated order.
