For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Choose The Best Row Style. Row style helps users scan, read, and parse through data. Use Clear Contrast. Establish hierarchy by adding contrast to your table. Add Visual Cues. Align Columns Properly. Use Tabular Numerals. Choose an Appropriate Line Height. Include Enough Padding. Use Subtext.
Click anywhere in the table, and the Table Tools option appears. Click Design > Resize Table. Select the entire range of cells you want your table to include, starting with the upper-leftmost cell.
Select the table. The contextual tabs, Table Design and Layout, appear in the ribbon. On the Layout tab, you can specify the custom height and width. To resize specific rows or column, click on a cell and then adjust the row/column.
Select your table. On the Layout tab, in the Cell Size group, click AutoFit. Do one of the following. To adjust column width automatically, click AutoFit Contents. To adjust table width automatically, click AutoFit Window.
Number Each Row You can make your table easy to read by numbering each row. This allows users to refer to a row by its number. It also helps users scan the rows without losing their place as they progress. Row numbers tell users how many rows are in a table so that they can get a feel for the information density.
Add Zebra Stripes This simple technique can increase the readability of both large and small tables, but it's a good rule of thumb to always include stripes (or some other visual aid) if your table requires the reader to connect pieces of information that are more than an inch or two apart.
make the table cell dark and the text white. This way the whole cell will stand out. Add an extra shape e.g. a circle with an outline and transparent filling over the table. Or even better, add a hand drawn swoosh shape.
