PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

Since a recent update
Since a recent update, we were no longer able to send documents to SignNow for esignatures. The chat support was able to make some updates and get us working again.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say what is most helpful is being able to edit all PDF, and it is simple and user-friendly. Works quickly and is very cheap. I would definitely continue to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing really. I have not had any issues with the software. I guess it could be a bit cheaper, but for all of the different capabilities, I think it is a great price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of being able to edit and fill in PDF without creating an entirely new document, or having to write it in and scan it in, definitely has helped my business

I think it is good however I already see methods to improve it. I desire to fax a smart folder of documents I already created. This would be a facilitate faster communication of information as opposed to finding out how to merge the documents and then fax the complete file. All in all, I like the platform. If you may obtain DocuSign options, it would be nice long term perhaps. Many corporations and companies like to use DocuSign.
