Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I like it but wish there was an edit instead of erase and text to change something. There may be but I'm not aware of it so a webinar would be very helpful.

I like it but felt that my "free trial" was a bit of a scam. I spent hours on a document, learning your program but was unable to print it. I don't like being "forced" into purchasing a product.

No single docs (only trial). Unable to split the file.
Despite having a free trial it would be nice to edit and download a single document. This only confuses people and catches you if you forget or are unsuccefull with cancelling within 30 days. I used this site to edit an evacuation plan and it was very easy to do, tools are good. However even with help of customer support still not able to split the plan for seperate sections of a building. I had to rewrite the pdf but I didn't make the plan myself. Overall decent tool for free 30 days but can be better.

That doesn't give you the option to save a file to a different folder in your computer

I HAVE JUST STARTED USING THIS METHOD AND STILL FINDING MY WAY ROUND, STILL MAKING UP MY MIND WHETHER I WILL BE UTILISING THIS PLATFORM FULL TIME. IT WILL DEPEND ON COST IN THE FINAL DECISION MAKING.

I was also able to cancel my subscription without any hassles.

due to ill health and family…
due to ill health and family committments I couldnt utilse my free month very much but what I did use was brilliant especially the erase function. When I start University in September I will probably sign up for it a sit will be useful. the customer service was especially good.
