What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.

We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

Can I add my girlfriend to my Section 8 voucher?
Adding an income earner to your Section 8 Voucher This may be a boyfriend/girlfriend, ex-spouse, parent, or other family member. If this person happens to also have an official reported income, you may run into a major problem.
Can someone on Section 8 have a roommate?
Yes, a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher household may live in a unit with other people, but only if very specific circumstances are met. Generally, your Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher must be tied to the lease for a rental property. The unit must be in accordance with CFR 24 Part 8.
How does Section 8 find out if someone is living with you?
The only people allowed to officially live in your home have to be reported on your HUD 50058 form. This is a form that is included in the application process (and the annual renewal) for Section 8 benefits. It's called the Family Report and outlines each member of your family that will be living with you.
Can I leave my Section 8 voucher to someone else?
Yes, Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers may be transferred to another Public Housing Authority's (PHA) service area once specific conditions are met. This process is referred to as portability. For the purposes of portability, HUD refers to the PHA that first issued the voucher to the household as the Initial PHA.
How do you remove someone from Section 8?
If you need to remove someone from your household, you must notify SCC HA within 15 business days of the occurrence. Submit your request in writing to your Housing Specialist, advising who you would like to remove.
Can a Section 8 voucher be split?
There is no splitting” of a voucher. If you are a family member (recognized as a member of the family being assisted under your mother's voucher) and you are either co-head of household and/or a person with disabilities, you MAY qualify for your own voucher under certain circumstances.
What happens if you don't report your income to Section 8?
If people on assisted rent are working and don't report their income, they are committing fraud. What other types of fraud do you see? Section 8 demands that all people living at a unit need to be disclosed to Section 8. It is fraud if tenants will allow others to live with them and not report this to Section 8.
What happens if you don't report income to housing?
If you do not report the change in income as required by your lease, two things could happen (depending on what's in your lease): The housing authority could try to charge you for the back rent that could have been charged if there had been proper reporting. This is sometimes called a retroactive rent increase.
