The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. Has a lot of features which will be most beneficial as soon as we learn to use them. Is an easy program to enter information into for forms and hopefully the longer we use it the more efficient we will become. Such as the feature of creating a template from a form instead of what we did which was to do it over and over again, and not recognizing the way to save it online.

A very easy to use program
A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is very easy to use. No experience needed and provided a simple and worry free solution for one of my customers. I have started using it for o create and make changes to forms, contracts, shipping documents and much more. All of my customers are impressed with the fast turn around and the add on service I can provide them with. The program has paid for itself on many occasions.
What do you dislike?
When uploading some new documents it is not always to change the text to fit my needs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have customers that do not have the employees on hand to make last minute changes to shipping documents. I am able to do this for them and ease their issues at the last minute. This allows me to build stronger relationships/
