I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

It was very easy to use and was user friendly for using the icons to understand what I was doing. Process was a little slow, but I think that was my computer!

Cut the paper trail and faxing
Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button.
This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete.
You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

Easy and free!
Have used it a couple of times to edit some PDFs. Really simple
I don't know if its just me but seems like the page gets pretty unresponsive at times

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

Took a little time to figure out how to do more than one signature on a single document, but the Support Team was helpful and patient with me as I learned.
