I just wanted to fill one document but I don't have full adobe on this machine. Then I wanted to print and I had to buy it to print which was okay as I need a system. It works great now that I am learning how it flows.

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to use. Makes your docs look professional and neat. Easy to manipulate a doc that is incorrect.

I fill out every form on PDFfiler. It's automatic to me. In addition, when I am unable to edit a Word doc or other pdf, I know I can upload it to PDFfiler and get the job done right away.

It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.

I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

It really is an easy to use application…
It really is an easy to use application and i needed something like this and I didnt have much time so I know if I can use that fast then its a great app!

The only thing I really had a problem…
The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.

Relatively easy to use, intuitive software. Wish there were a way to copy and paste some aspects of the document I'm working into an email or other document.

I had DocuSign and tried PdfFiller. A much better experience with PdfFiller. Easier to use, and less costly for the infrequent user like My Wife and Myself

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. What does CE certified mean?

Do I need to CE mark my product?
Is CE Marking Mandatory? CE marking is mandatory for products that fall under one of the 25 CE Directives or Regulations. When a product is not covered by one of these Directives or Regulations, affixing the CE mark is forbidden. Often, more than one Directive or Regulation can be applicable to a product.
How long is a CE certificate valid?
Under the current system, CE certificates issued by Notified Bodies are generally valid for three years. The validity period may only be one year for some high risk devices. However, the status of your CE certification is dependent on maintaining your quality system certification.
How do you check if a product is CE certified?
The easiest way to check that a product has CE marking is to look for the symbol. It should be on the product itself, or on the packaging or information that came with it. If you suspect that a manufacturer is misusing the CE mark, you can request a certificate of conformity and/or a declaration of performance.
How do I verify a CE certificate?
Today, there is no central database over CE marks or notified body certificates. The only way to check a CE mark is to validate the documentation, i.e. the Technical File and Declaration of Conformity. There is no such thing as a “CE certificate” or a “CE mark certificate”, there are only notified body certificates.
