I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

The program did not function as I anticipated, but after I played around with it, I realized it was still a useful tool. I am a Licensed Counselor and this is a great tool used to communicate and transmit sensitive information online. I highly recommend to others!

I absolutely LOVE this program. However, I hate the pop-ups with the NEXT button. This isn't a feature that I need, and is very annoying. Please add an option to turn off this feature.

several clunky features There are several clunky features I did not like. (1) My first issue was that when editing text, the font would change from Times New Roman to Arial within the edit box. The user had to "tell" the computer to switch back to Times New Roman. (2) Another issue I spotted is that if I want to italicize ONE word on a line of text, the entire line will become italicized. This was cured by deleting the italicized word, then creating a separate text box with the italicized word in it. The italic text box was dropped into the line of text with the plain text around it. (3) When editing text, the size of text will drop down a size or two. The writer must "bump" up the text size with the upward arrow to get it to match the text in the original document. Otherwise, I like using PDFfiller. Of course, PDF editing is not as simple as ordinary word editing. Or perhaps PDF editing gets easier after continual practice.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

Adhere the shipping label to the package with tape or glue. For best results, use self-adhesive labels. Be sure all edges are secure. Do not cover the barcode with tape or plastic wrap. Doing so will make your barcode unescapable. Place label, so it does not wrap around the edge of the package.
No, you do not ship flat rate without the correct packaging. Flat rate materials are available at the post office. Package your book, go to the post office, slide it into the flat rate envelope, tape on the label. Order the Flat Rate Padded Priority Envelopes from usps.com.
In general place the address / shipping label on the largest flat side, along with your postage payment, or leaving room for it if you are taking it to the Post Office, since packages travel on automated sorting equipment on their largest flat surface with the delivery address facing up.
To label an envelope correctly, start by writing the return address which is your addressing the upper left corner. UPS Internet Shipping. After logging in, you can start creating a shipping label for the package. These are professional labels with address validation (city, state, and postal code) for addresses in the United States. Complete the service information, and you're ready to print the shipping label.
