I am not a great computer application user but I found PDFfiller easy to use and figure out. I even was able to place an electronic signature on a document with a little trial and error. Very nice application that I will use more and more.

I AM ONLY HALF WAY DONE BUT SO FAR VERY EASY,HOWEVER I FIND THE BILLING OPTIONS DECEPTIVE, ALSO LIVE CHAT SUGGESTED A SOLUTION BUT DIDN'T MENTION IT REQUIRED AN UPGRADE!

I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro…
I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.

What do you like best?
Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with.
What do you dislike?
Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use

Can you alter a leasehold property?
If you purchase a leasehold property, your lease is likely to contain a covenant that requires you to seek the landlord's permission for certain alterations and improvements. These can include fitting a wooden floor, installing windows, or making other structural alterations.
Can I renovate a leasehold property?
Carrying out home renovations on leasehold property is more complicated because essentially you don't own the property you're renovating. As such, you'll need permission from your freeholder before carrying out any renovations. Next, consult your freeholder.
Can you do building work on a leasehold property?
To make any changes to the structure of the leasehold property even knocking down an internal wall, never mind building an extension leaseholders need to get the permission of the freeholder. Likewise, freeholders control the costs you have to pay each year like building insurance and service charges.
Is it worth buying a leasehold property?
In summary, it is acceptable to purchase a leasehold home, as long as you are careful with what you are buying. In most cases, the long length of the lease, combined with your legal right to renew your lease, will mean that your interest in the property is satisfactory.

Can I change the windows in my flat?
Beware replacing windows in flats. The reason councils require planning permission is that no flat in any block of flats has any Permitted Development Rights, so crazy as it sounds, flat owners do not have the right to change their windows without first obtaining planning permission.
