Excellent, fair, easy to use.
pdfFiller has solved all my previous headaches. Receiving a PDF in the past was always a nightmare and I could never fill it out and it would lead to me printing and scanning. It was just a nightmare. pdfFiller solves all of that.
I love how easy to use it is and it has all of the features that I always wanted. I always hated PDFs because they always made things complicated and I couldn't mark up, sign, or make the changes that I needed to. This tool is inexpensive and solves all of my issues with PDFs.
The inability to be able to completed change wording. I have not figured out how to do that. In addition, I would like to see if it can integrate with our other software.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

I started using PDFfiller 2013
I started using PDFfiller in 2013. Recently, my company started providing a program that was free to me. I canceled my subscription thinking to save some money. It only took 4days to realize I wanted PDFfiller back! This program is so simple and straightforward. I have shared this program with many over the years and they always come back thrilled with it. Lawyers, accountants, I am in real estate and always dealing with leases, riders, applications etc. It is worth the $$!

What do you like best?
I often need to fill out forms for work. With Pdffiller it is simple to upload forms, fill out, save and download to email. I also use it to merge PDFs as well. It saves all of your work and keeps the documents in my account for future reference or an easy change/update.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of features and sometimes it is hard to find exactly what I need. A simple "How do I .... in pdffiller on google usually takes care of it quickly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Before Pdffiller I would print the document, fill out by hand, scan, then email. Now my documents look more professional without and are less of a hassle.

Great website!!
So far I love this service! Only had some tech issues yesterday and they were addressed quick by your tech support. I love the layout, it's very easy to navigate, and the editing options on the top bar also make it super easy to check, sign, and type just about anywhere in the document. I love it!

How do I amend my LC?
An amendment in the LC amount. An amendment in the expiry date. A change in the latest shipment date. Any change to the free format instructions for the LC.
Can LC be amended after expiry date?
AMENDMENT TO LC THAT HAS EXPIRED. An expired LC can be re-validated by an amendment to extend its expiry date if the issuing bank agrees to issue, the beneficiary agrees to accept and even the advising bank agrees to advise such an amendment. Legally, there is no problem with such an amendment.
What happens when LC expires?
When an LC is expired — it has ceased to exist — there is no LC. This means: 1) That, the general rules for refusing documents (i.e. UCP 600 article 14(b) and 16) do not apply. Yyyy.” “Latest” reflecting the period of time after which the documents must be refused to be within the period set out by article 14(b).
What is date of negotiation in LC?
2) The tenor of export negotiation starts from the date of negotiation by the bank and ends by the date the bank receives payment from the issuing bank. Export negotiation under sight letter of credit shall not exceed21 days principally.
Can LC be Cancelled?
An irrevocable letter of credit cannot be canceled, nor in any way modified, except with the explicit agreement of all parties involved: the buyer, the seller, and the issuing bank. For example, the issuing bank does not have the authority by itself to change any of the terms of an IOC once it is issued.
What is 44c in LC?
Field 44C: Latest Date of Shipment is a field in MT 700 swift message type that is used to specify the latest date for loading on board/dispatch/taking in charge. This is an optional field. Date must be a valid date expressed as DAMMED.
What is 41a in LC?
Field 41a: Available With By is a field in MT 700 swift message type that is used to identify the bank with which the credit is available (the place for presentation) and indicates of how the credit is available.
What is clause 31d in LC?
Field 31D: Date and Place of Expiry is a field in MT 700 swift message that is used to indicate the date and place of expiry of the letter of credit. This is a mandatory field, which means that it must be stated in all the letters of credit issued via MT 700 swift format.
