Stress free
I am able to get many projects done quicker and more efficiently with the use of PDFfiller. I enjoy the benefit of multiple different ways to finalize the project, send for signatures, print, email, save, etc.
I love that this software is simple to use and I don't feel I need training to use it. Almost all the functions this software has is what I need to complete task in my professional role.
I wish there were ways to combine documents, or if there is, making it easier to do so.

I love PDFfiller for its multifunctionality - you can edit documents, send them, sign them, store them. I spend 50% time less in my email now and forgot my Dropbox password as such since now I store everything here
If the contract has more than three pages, it might take a while to upload it and reopen it in PDFfiller

How do you annotate in Ocular?
To annotate, open the document and choose Tools → Review. A sidebar appears with buttons to add popup notes, freehand, highlight and other operations. Single-click on any of these buttons, to be able to perform that operation once.
How do you highlight text in Ocular?
In Ocular, you should press F6. Then you will see a toolbar with different options for highlighting.
How do I select text in Ocular?
Text Selection Tool (Ctrl+4) The mouse will work as a text selection tool. In that mode clicking left mouse button and dragging will give the option of selecting the text of the document. Then, just click with the right mouse button to copy to the clipboard or speak the current selection.
How do I highlight in Ubuntu document viewer?
Document Viewer DOES actually support annotations and highlighting in PDF files (not in other formats). Just click on that notebook like button, and you'll be able to annotate and highlight text. Try Mandela (https://www.mendeley.com/)! It does the work like a charm!

Open Terminal on Linux Ubuntu using CTRL + ALT + T. Execute the following command on the terminal to install Ocular on Linux Ubuntu. Kindly enter your system password when prompted to authenticate the installation process.

Open Master PDF Editor on your Linux computer. Import your PDF file into the program. You can go to “File > Open” and select the PDF file that you want to edit. Once the PDF file is opened, you can edit different aspect such as text or images of the file as shown in the screenshot below.

How do I edit a file in Linux?
Open the file in vim with the command “vim”. Type “/” and then the name of the value you would like to edit and press Enter to search for the value in the file. Type “i” to enter insert mode. Modify the value that you would like to change using the arrow keys on your keyboard.
