Love, Love, Love the PDF Filler I recommend this product. This program makes it so easy to fill out any PDF. It really helps in our office for everything to appear highly professional. I am having some difficulties with the…formatting and printing I am having some difficulties with the form printing properly. The formatting does not transfer for printing to landscape and thus loses portions of text contained within the form.

The standard way to open a business letter is with Dear, the person's name (with or without a title), and a colon, like this: Dear Louise: Dear Ms. Chu: Dear Mr. and Dr.
Most formal letters will start with 'Dear' before the name of the person that you are writing to: 'Dear Ms Brown,' or 'Dear Brian Smith,' You can choose to use first name and surname, or title and surname. 'Dear Sir/Madam,' Remember to add the comma.
Start the letter with 'To Whom it may Concern'. Address the letter to 'Head of Customer Service' at the company address, then use 'Dear Sir'. Google the name of the person who heads that department, and use their name.
