Negates deciphering handwriting
When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that.
I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. How do you list a nickname?
Usually, a nickname is placed directly after the official first name, and is surrounded by quotation marks, to distinguish it from the components of the real name.
How do you list a nickname on a resume?
To show your nickname on your resume, all you need to do is list it instead of your given name. You can also add your nickname in quotation marks between your first and last names, like Joseph “Joe Rollins.
How do you list preferred names on a resume?
A resume is not a legal document, so it is acceptable to use your preferred name. Some individuals prefer to list their first initial followed by their preferred name (e.g., T. Michelle Richards) or identify their preferred name in quotes (e.g., Taylor Michelle Richards).
Can I put nickname on job application?
In short, you can use your chosen or preferred name throughout your job search, as long as you provide your legal name when it comes time for a background check. If you go by a nickname and don't mind sharing your legal name, you can put this on your resume like these: AIU King Suzie Li or Robert Bobby Doe.
Do you put your full name on a resume?
It is not necessary to write your full name on your resume, but you do want to make it easy for the hiring manager to differentiate you and contact you. While it's okay to display a nickname on your resume under normal circumstances, supplying a false name in order to hide your identity or pass yourself off as another person may be considered a criminal offense.

Yes. Usually a person can adopt any name desired for any reason. As of 2009, 46 states allow a person legally to change names by usage alone, with no paperwork, but a court order may be required for many institutions (such as banks or government institutions) to officially accept the change.
