Amazing value! I just purchased a subscription to PDFFiller due to being unhappy with a recent upgrade to Adobe's Document Cloud, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it so far, although I have been having some minor challenges. I suspect this is just part of the learning curve, but twice I contacted the online chat support and I am happy to say I was working with actual humans who were clearly native English speakers - a huge time saver when there isn't a language barrier! The challenges pertain to sharing documents. I was not signed up for the E-Sign upgrade, and shouldn't need to be in order to obtain client signatures, as far as I can tell. However, I don't mind signing up for E-Sign, and because the price is very reasonable, I went ahead and upgraded. I'm not certain what level of security is necessary for my line of work, and there are numerous choices available. Also, I had a problem when asking for phone number authentication, something that apparently can't be used when a document is emailed vs. sending a link. I'm still learning, but this is easily the most user-friendly .pdf system that allows for client signatures AND .pdf creations and edits, all while retaining security measures. The ease of editing .pdf files and forms. Challenges with sending files for signature and security options.

Public Assembly. Definition. Buildings in which people gather for social or recreational activities, whether in private or non-private meeting halls.
A Place of Assembly (PA) Certificate of Operation is required for premises where 75 or more members of the public gather indoors or 200 or more gather outdoors, for religious, recreational, educational, political, or social purposes, or to consume food or drink.
An assembly occupancy is generally defined as “an occupancy (1) used for a gathering of 50 or more persons for deliberation, worship, entertainment, eating, drinking, amusement, awaiting transportation, or similar uses; or (2) used as a special amusement building, regardless of occupant load.”
A Place of Assembly space is where large groups of people gather for any activity.
Certificate of Occupancy. The Boston Fire Department plays an important role in approving a Certificate of Occupancy for new residential units and businesses. The Inspection Services Department will not issue a Certificate of Occupancy without input from the Boston Fire Department.
Simply put, a certificate of occupancy sometimes referred to as a use-and-occupancy certificate, or a Lois a document that says a building is safe to be lived in. Not all municipalities require them, but in the ones that do, these permits are usually issued by a local building or zoning authority.
Without it, most banks will not close on your loan. There are some cases where a lender might allow you to close on your loan if you have a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
A Certificate of Occupancy (CO) is required for new residential or commercial building structures for living or business purposes. In order to receive a CO, the following must exist for the job: All final inspections have been completed with a “pass” disposition, including fire if applicable.
An Occupation Certificate (OC) is issued after the construction meets the building standards. A CC alone cannot legalize occupation; you must have the OC too. “Completion Certificate is a document which merely indicates that the building has been constructed in adherence to the sanctioned building plans.
