THE BONUS TO THE LAYOUT IS THE PDF FILL IN THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INSTRUCT THE CLIENT RIGHT WITHIN THE CELL. I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). My subscription has more than paid for itself and I would - and do - highly recommend PDFfiller to anyone looking for this type of program.

I needed to print but had to wait to get ink for printer. Two days later I couldn't find the document to print and one of the Reps from your company helped me find the documents and I was able to print them. Thank you.

Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. I had some issues learning certain pdfFiller features and I was surprised how fast Customer Support got back to me with assistance. I also liked pdfFiller's Forms library for ease and convenience and the ability to sign forms remotely.

What do you like best?
This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.

If you’re not signed in, click Connect to Box
