What do you like best?
The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

PDFfiller for the win!!
PDFfiller for the win!! Of course, I've enjoyed avoiding filling out forms by hand and being able to create & save legible documents I can duplicate and email. But tonight, PDFfiller LiveChat surprised me! They helped solve a document problem for my daughter's online university application. The application program wouldn't let her upload her SAT scores, or continue her application until they were loaded! The website kept saying the 2-page file was too big!? So I loaded it onto PDFfiller, and got a helpful LiveChat rep, who quickly compressed the file for me. Voila, it worked!! PDFfiller, you just saved the day!

Efficient way to fill out forms online.
You can setup default information to be populated online in any type of form.
Ensure to select which user being utilized as if you use for multiple people on one machine, you can mix up information if you are not paying attention.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

How do I attach a document to a submitted application?
Select View details. Select Attach documents. Click on the Attachment link for each document to be attached. Select the Document type from the dropdown list. Enter a brief description of the document in the Description field. Click the Browse button.
What does it mean to upload a file?
Uploading is the transmission of a file from one computer system to another, usually larger computer system. From an Internet user's point-of-view, downloading is receiving a file from another computer. The File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is the Internet facility for downloading and uploading files.
How do you download and upload files?
Uploading or downloading files: Click the right mouse button on file(s) on the left side of client and select Upload. Your file(s) will be uploaded to the server. Click the right mouse button on file(s) on the right side of client and select Download. Your file(s) will be downloaded to your computer.
How do you upload a PDF file?
Click the “Files” link, click the “Upload Files” link, and then click the “Choose File” button to select your PDF. Enter an optional title for your file in the designated text field, then click the “Upload Files Now” button. Copy the URL that displays to get a direct link to your PDF file on the Internet.
