It was hard to figure out how to get started, and I made some mistakes in the beginning. I saved two files too soon and now I don't know how to erase them because when I try it says if I delete it it will no longer be shared. Is it okay to delete it anyway?

How do you apply the Currency number format?
Tip: To quickly apply the Currency format, select the cell or range of cells that you want to format, and then press Ctrl+Shift+$. Like the Currency format, the Accounting format is used for monetary values. But, this format aligns the currency symbols and decimal points of numbers in a column.

How is the currency symbol applied to numbers in Microsoft Excel?
On the Number tab, Currency should be selected in the Category list. Click on the Symbol drop-down list, scroll down to the Euro options and select one, depending on whether you want the Euro symbol before or after the number. Click OK.
How do you format cells to show two decimal places?
