If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler
My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form.
I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed.
The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

the storage of files was a bit of a issue. every time i needed to look at the files i would need a code, a bit time consuming but otherwise a good product.

Great help, good program, but too expensive after the trial period. Also you have to contact the support to cancel the subscription, but that's reasonable since it's very active

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. The fact that this took such little time, without hassle was fantastic. Excellent company to deal with!

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

How long can a blackout period last?
A blackout period is a period of at least three consecutive business days, but not more than 60 days during which the majority of employees at a particular company are not allowed to make alterations to their retirement or investment plans. A blackout period usually occurs when major changes are being made to a plan.
How long can a 401k blackout period last?
You can't have access to your 401k plan during the time when the assets and/or records are moved from one provider to another. This period of time, the blackout, can be a short as overnight or as long as two months. Generally during this time you can't select new investments, take a loan or make withdrawals.

401k Blackout Period Definition A blackout period is an amount of time during which a 401k plan goes dark or is turned off for all practical purposes. You can't adjust your investment options or percentages, request loans or distributions, make trades or do much of anything else.
