Getting acquainted with it. Pretty good. Would be a big help to be able to copy and paste whole cell entry(e.g., multiple-line entry within a cell) into another cell. Also, clumsy toggling between a p.1 and p.2 of a device - several interruptions to tell me the document was being edited.

I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.

Easy to Use It's kind of a time saver in the end with not have to use the typewriter or hand write them, would be easier though if you didn't have type each form, if they are the same it should copy the data onto each one. I liked that I didn't have to pull out (yes it's a dinosaur) typewriter to fill out my 1099's every year any more once I found this program online. I can also use it for other forms as well. I don't like that you have to retype each 1099 for each copy of the form, it should carry them forward to each copy and you just review them for differences.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time. You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.

Business Letter Formats. Most business letters must include a return address (letterhead or your name and address), date, an inside address (receiver's name and address), a salutation, body paragraphs, and a closing. However, there are several ways to format this information.
There are three main styles of business letter: block, modified block, and semi-block styles. Each is written in much the same way, including the same information, but the layout varies slightly for each one.
Typically, a business letter includes the following information at the top: Your contact information (name, job title, company, address, phone number, email) The date. Recipient's contact information (name, job title, company, company address)
Tips for Formatting Your Letter should be simple and focused, making the purpose of your letter is clear. Left justify your letter. Single space your letter and leave a space between each paragraph. Use a plain font like Arial, Times New Roman, Courier New, or Verdana.
A business letter should be professional and written on a leader head page. The letter should have a subject title with a clear purpose of intent. The block format is preferred and the tone of the letter should be precise, direct, and with insightful details.
