I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

I love the documents I just wish there more Tax documents to utilize. Also the first document I sent I can not find...it would have been during the trial stage ..how can I find it.

Great service, easy interface. Honestly just great all around. Didn't have trouble cancelling subscription and made the edits I needed to in a short period of time with ease.

Easy to find fast and proficient chat support
My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time. Locating this chat support option was easy and not hidden amongst FAQs or literature used to distract and deter you from reaching out

I'm a student and used the free trial. It was quite easy to use. In addition to that, I forgot to cancel my subscription, but they had an online chat that handled that quickly and efficiently which was very appreciated. Overall a good experience.

How do I block unwanted faxes?
Contact the Sender. Get the fax number, or web or email address of the sender. Use Fax Number-Blocking Feature. Check to be sure your fax line is equipped with Caller ID. Use a Fax-Blocking Product. Search the Web for fax blocking products. Use 'Call Block' Services. Contact your telephone service provider.
How do I stop unwanted faxes?
Request your phone company to block unidentified fax numbers. Most phone companies will have a Privacy Director service for fax lines. Call your phone company and ask to use this service which will block all unidentified numbers. File a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
How do I stop receiving unwanted faxes?
