Ease of use! Very intuitive program that does NOT require a lot of training to use.

I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.

Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.

Fill out a Street Event Application form. Get approval signatures from at least 75% of the people on your block. Submit the required fee. Return the application form, petition signatures, and event fee to the Streets Department.
Block parties are limited to one block and one day. If you are interested in hosting a block party, read below for more information or apply here. You may require additional permits. Raffles or donations require a permit from the Human Resources Administration.
The most important thing to remember when applying for a block-party permit: You have to submit your application at least 90 days in advance of the event. Filing a request isn't pricey; you'll pay just a $25.75 processing fee, plus the cost of any additional permits called for by your specific party plans.
If you close your block to traffic and start your block party at 11 am, you must open the street to traffic at 8 pm.) However, all streets must be open by 9 pm at the latest. All block parties must end no later than 9 P. M no matter what time they began.
Form a Block Party Committee consisting of several households and hold an organizational meeting. One member should become the main contact person, responsible for sending out invitations, arranging publicity and answering questions. Assign one person to handle permits, insurance, and other legal requirements.
Many people do not know that in order to throw a loud party legally, most cities require that you have a permit. In most cities you will need to have two different permits, a noise permit and a permit for lawful assembly. Some cities make require that you get a music permit if you plan on having live music.
Fill out a Block Party Permit application (PDF) at least 30 days before but no more than one year in advance of your event, and submit with the $25 application fee by mail or in person to the address on the application. Staff will review application and contact applicant within 15 days.
Noise permits allow you to have a temporary exception to the noise ordinance. You can download a noise permit from the City website. Permits cost $25 even if you are denied the permit.
