How do I cancel my BMI subscription?
Terminating Your BMI Affiliation Agreement If you want to terminate your BMI affiliation agreement, you must notify BMI as follows: In most instances, notice must be signed by you and sent to BMI postmarked not more than six (6) months or less than three (3) months prior to the end of your current agreement term.
Can you change your name on BMI?
- You will need to notify the IRS of the name change. — If the name and ownership of your BMI publishing company is changing you will need to also complete and return the PUBLISHER OWNERSHIP CHANGE FORM. If the forms are submitted together the fee is $75.
