This product is fantastic!
It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look.
It is an easier way to share templates with others on the team.
The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done.
The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

I recommend this product.

Great User friendly Program!!
The program is very user friendly and pretty much self explanatory. However, if you do have any questions, Customer Service is also very friendly and helpful!!!! They respond quickly and walk you through any questions you have.

PDFfiller has made editing PDFs much easier than the Acrobat PDF. The editing features are laid out in an understandable manner. I would definitely recommend this product.

Only used a few times
Only used a few times, but so far no major issues. The only pain point, I would say is the editor...I am still getting in practice. Overall, this is a very good and useful tool.

It's fine so far, I double checked for accuracy off of the tax tables and it calculated correctly which is a positive for me and very helpful and a huge timesaver to know it is accurate and reliable

What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!

I have access to Law documents vs. having to google something for a layout where I can save it & populate the information I need from my data.

What is required for a valid deed?
For a deed to be valid, it must meet the following requirements: The granter must have legal capacity, which means that the granter is of sound mind and lawful again most states, the minimum age is 18. There must be enough information in the deed to identify the grantee with reasonable certainty.

How do I know if my deed is recorded?
Finding Out Whether Your Deed Was Recorded To find out earlier rather than later, simply contact your attorney or escrow agent and ask for a copy of the recording page for your deed. The recording page lists the date your deed was recorded and also includes the volume and page number where your deed can be found.
