IM IN THE WORST PREDICAMENT AND CANT AFFORD LEGAL HELP. THE ONLY CALMING FACTOR IS FINDING WHAT I NEED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY EVEN HARD TO FIND BRIEFS AND CASES OF SIMILAR NATURE. I am a Special Education teacher, and to be able to take pdf files general education teachers are using and enter in text boxes so my students can type into the pdf is very helpful for my writing challenged students. I can also fill in answers to study guides and email or send home a paper copy for my students to study from also.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! I know I will not dread the next time I need support with PDFfiller.

Cut the paper trail and faxing
Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button.
This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete.
You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

SIMPLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT TECH SAVY
ITS GOOD BUT PRICE SHOULD BE MADE RESONABLE SO THAT MORE PEOPLE CAN AFFORD AND USE YOUR TOOLS. FOR PEOPLE IN INDIA IT IS STILL EXPENSIVE. IF YOU REDUCE YOUR PRICE, IT WILL BE AFFORDABLE TO MANY AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CUSTOMER VOLUME IN INDIA THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY. THIS WILL HELP YOU GENERATE MORE REVENUE.
