I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. I hate having to type in a verification code when I leave for a bit. I know it is fro security reasons, but I would really appreciate it if you did not make it type the code.

How to find the item i was looking for…
How to find the item i was looking for was a little hassle,
daunting. But once u get the language right it is very easy
and helpful to got one form after another. Easily imports info too! Wow!

i enjoyed typing up the form i needed with pdffiller it really helped me create the form that i needed. the only thing wrong with it was not having spell check. thanks again

What do you like best?
The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support
What do you dislike?
The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used it to fill out contracts and pay applications along with notarized documents with my commercial construction company

easy to upload signature
I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).
