My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I started using PDFfiller instead, and requested a full refund from the other service. They refunded my money. I have had great luck finding everything I need for this divorce. PDF filler seems to be very useful. Is/was slightly difficult to figure out but once understood is fairly easy to use. Unfortunately the price is too high for those of us on fixed income. Is there anything lower cost for disabled seniors? Please?

The program is awesome. Spectacular. Your business practices are manipulative and shady. As much as I like the actual experience of using your website, the way you rope people in to pay for the privilege only AFTER they finish their documents is clearly intentional and very very suspect. For that reason I will never recommend this to anyone.

I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

Good Software - I would recommend to others
Good software. Did what I needed it to do. The layout could be a little less cumbersome, kind of busy when you look at the screen, a lot of icons/pics and made a simpler to navigate.
