Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. This is the first app that I found that… the process to combine two files onto one page was simple. This is the first app that I found that it will actually let you combine two files onto one page simply. The only bummer was that I had to convert the .pdf file into a .jpeg first before I could combine them together.

the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky. For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

What do you like best? Navigation is simple, editing works well and have never had any issues. What do you dislike? I really have not found anything that does not suit my needs. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? To edit design documents quickly by making quick changes. It also helps in editing quotes to clients.

pdf filler was kinda a letdown 3/5 it was cool and yea sometimes know when to say no I use it for specific content for signature and pdf just didnt like the feel of the software so im moving on
