I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. I really enjoy this app. I would like to learn more on how to download documents from my desktop and personal files in addition to documents on the web.

I appreciate the different features to edit the documents. I primarily used it for my studies, where I have to closely read a large amount of texts and am not always able or willing to print them (also due to ecological reasons).
However something that annoyed me somewhat is the fact, that one can not edit the font of individual words in a textbox. For example when I want to underline a specific word in a sentence, it automatically underlines the whole passage.

Open the PDF file containing header and footer. Then choose Tools > Edit PDF > Header & Footer > Remove. To remove headers and footers from multiple PDFs, close any open documents and choose Tools > Edit PDF > Header & Footer > Remove.
