Paul was fantastic
Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

Ease of use was great and intuitive
Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.

Easy & simple to use!
Perfect for e-signing docs. Navigating the documents is easy & doesn't take you into weird places of the doc that don't need attention.

After a physician prescribes a home health plan of care, the HHA assesses the patient's condition and likely skilled nursing care, therapy, medical social services and home health aide service needs, at the beginning of the episode of care.
What is an episode in home health?
The end of an episode was defined as the last day of home health care following the start date that preceded another 60-day gap in the HHA 40-percent Bill Skeleton file. Treatment plans for every 60-day period following the initial end date on CFA Form-485 are recorded on a series of CFA Forms-486 for each client.

What is PDP? The Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDP) is the proposed new Medicare payment rule for skilled nursing facilities. It is intended to replace the current RUG-IV system with a completely new way of calculating reimbursement.

Medicare pays your Medicare-certified home health agency one payment for the covered services you get during a 60-day period. This 60-day period is called an episode of care. The payment is based on your condition and care needs.
