It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. So far PDFfiller has been extremely easy to use and very useful! I previously used another program to convert and to edit PDF documents. Although it was also easy to use, this one is much easier and has way more options.

Overall a very positive experience. I think customers should be given the option of a low-cost limited one-time use of the site with full features, rather than forcing customers to subscribe for a full month or year with automatic renewal.

So far so good! Can't figure out a way to fill in dates properly though without dragging text in - or change the check box from cross to tick. Overall though saving a lot of time!

What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

You know for those of us that need that little extra help with these unfamiliar online tools. PDFFILLER online help really made me happy with my choice. They were quick to respond and help me getting familiar with the site as I edited a document.

Pdf Filler is extremely user friendly. I love being able to easily add signatures to documents.

I don't like that you cannot combine documents.

I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.

The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.
