Seems user friendly for the most part. It would be nice if the documents could be automatically opened in Drive without all of the signing in process each time

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). 4 stars for now, I will change it once I receive my refund but I am happy with my interaction with their chat support. His name is Ralph, very straightforward , no wasting of time unlike other customer supports I encountered in the past.

Great User friendly Program!!
The program is very user friendly and pretty much self explanatory. However, if you do have any questions, Customer Service is also very friendly and helpful!!!! They respond quickly and walk you through any questions you have.
