Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. PDFfiller Review
In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

Great value and product
Program was formatted well and easy to use for the most part. I was able to complete my revisions within no time and get it to our clients!
I had a few issues with figuring out how to use certain features and how to save the file in a certain format.

Ease of use is what attracted me to program. I use it to make fillable forms for work (forms already made, need to be made fillable). Is cheaper than Adobe Pro and is better in my view.

What do you like best?
I subscribed to pdfFiller because a vendor sent me a pdfFiller form document that I needed to print. I canceled within the 30 day free trial period before my company card was charged. The cancelation was easy and the PDFfiller customer support desk was very responsive and professional in explaining a small temporary charge to my card. I likely will end up a customer.
What do you dislike?
There was nothing to dislike in my experience with pdfFiller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are making this review process too tedious. I cannot type a novel. It seems like a very professional, well-run company and good product.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

How do you categorize emails?
Select the email message or messages you want to categorize. Select Categorize from the top toolbar, and then do the following: To apply a category: Search for or select the category you want to use. To remove a category: Clear the check mark next to the category.
How do I automatically color categorize emails in Outlook?
Open Outlook. Move to Home tab and click on Categorize. Click on All Categories. Color Categories window would pop on-screen, click on New. Add New Category wizard will appear. Now, click on the Color drop-down, and select a color (Blue). Additionally, you can assign a hotkey to open the category once it's made.
How do you set a category rule in Outlook?
On the Home tab, click Rules in the Move group and then choose To create Rule. Click Advanced Options in the resulting dialog. In the first pane, choose a condition and click Next. In the next pane, click Assign It To The Category.
Can others see my Outlook categories?
Categories in Shared Folders Only category names are visible on items when you share folders on Exchange server. Colors are per user. Other users will see your categories in a white color (unless it's already in their color category list). Click the New button.
How do I classify emails in Outlook?
Select an email message or calendar event and right-click. From the Category menu, select New category. Type a name for your category, and then, if you want, choose a color by clicking the category icon. Press Enter. The category is created and applied to the items you've selected.
