EASY and simple You know i have really enjoyed this app. It's easy and straight forward, I have had loads of applications to fill in as in rental agreements, work forms, drivers licence transfers which all require a signature. I love that i have a signature option and it stores my signatures. So handy and makes filling in application forms a breeze. I even needed my husband's signature and PDF filler made it so simple, i sent him a link and he signed it and it was done. I will continue using this app.

Set your upper salary limit by what a particular job is worth to you. Know the market to determine the least you'll pay. Match jobs whose value comes with hours to hourly pay. Match jobs whose value comes in insight or skill to salaried pay.
From the QuickBooks Desktop menus, select Lists, then Payroll Item List. From the Payroll Item drop-down, choose New. Select Custom Setup. Select Wage. Select Annual Salary. Select the type of pay. Select Next. Enter a name for the salary item that easily identifies it.
Click Workers, then go to the Employees tab. Choose the employee, then click to open the profile. Click the Pencil icon next to Pay. Under How much do you pay Employee?, click Add additional pay types. Choose the additional pay type, then click Done.
Go to the Plus Sign Icon and select Journal Entry. Under Date, select the pay check(s) date. (Optional) Input Entry # for journal entry. Debit and Credit accounts:a. Click Make Recurring. Enter a memorable Template Name and set Template Type to Unscheduled. Click Save Template. Click Save.

Salaries Expense will usually be an operating expense (as opposed to a nonoperating expense). Depending on the function performed by the salaried employee, Salaries Expense could be classified as an administrative expense or as a selling expense.
Get your employees' payroll pay stubs or a payroll report from your payroll service. Select + New. Select Journal Entry. Under the Journal date, enter the paycheck date. If you want to track the paycheck number, enter it in the Journal no.
Click the Creation + icon at the right top. Select Journal Entry under Others. Under the Journal Date, enter the payroll payment date. Add the entry number (optional). Enter your debit and credit entries, then click Save and close.
