The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed. My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun. Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

Overall a good experience. Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Cc stands for Carbon Copy. When you Cc a person on an email, the Cc list can be seen by other recipients on the chain. Hitting Reply All ensures the Cc'd person receives future emails that are part of this thread.
Addresses that have been placed in the BCC field are not forwarded. If you have placed a large list of recipients in the To or CC field, all of them will receive the reply. By placing recipients in the BCC field, you can help protect them against receiving unnecessary replies from anyone using the Reply All feature.
The CC field does them same thing in a message as the BCC; the CC'd person is on the email but isn't expected to respond but it is done in an open honest way. If you need to copy your boss on an email, copy your boss, but don't pretend they aren't copied in.
BCC stands for blind carbon copy. Unlike with CC, no one but the sender can see the list of BCC recipients. However, the BCC list is secret no one can see this list except the sender. If a person is on the BCC list, they'll see only their own email on the BCC list.
Nope! BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy. Recipients will see who sent the email and that they've been BCC'd but will not see who else, including any CC'd recipients received the same email. When you place email addresses in the BCC: field of a message, those addresses are invisible to the recipients of the email.
In a new message, go to the Options tab. In a reply or forwarded message, go to the Message tab. In the Show Fields group, select BCC. In the Bcc field, enter the recipients whose addresses you want to hide from other recipients.
CC stands for Carbon Copy. In business emails, the CC field is often used to show the recipient that other important people are aware of the email and that the email requires urgent action and needs to be taken seriously. Using the BCC Field: BCC is for Blind Carbon Copy.
BCC — just as above except that is a BLANK carbon copy which means that neither of the recipients can see who else received the email. Cc stands on carbon copy whereas BCC is a blind carbon copy. Both are used to keep mail address accounts more than two, but there are many differences in it.
Simply add 'cc' as the header for a column in your spreadsheet, and the cc recipients will be retrieved from this column. For BCC recipients, do exactly the same by adding another column with 'BCC' as the header.
