It'd be helpful if there was a visual display on the side when selecting a document, so that I could see what I'm looking at and have the ability to rename it without completely opening it.

Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

What do you like best?
I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document.
What do you dislike?
I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.

How do I change my friendly name certificate?
Open the Certificates (Local Computer) snap-in you added, and select Personal > Certificates. The Subject field of the certificate lists the Common Name (CN), click here for additional information about the Common Name. Right-click on the desired certificate and select Properties.
How do I change server certificates?
Under Servers, under Local Site, click the management server for which you want to update the server certificate. Under Tasks, click Manage Server Certificate, and then click Next. In the Manage Server Certificate panel, click Update the server certificate, click Next, and then click Yes.
How do I transfer a certificate from one server to another?
Click the plus sign next to the Personal folder and click on the Certificates folder. Right-click on the certificate you would like to export and select All Tasks and then Export In the Certificate Export Wizard click Next. Choose “Yes, export the private key” and click Next.
