I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. It was helpful, but it only put the payers name on copy A, the other copies had all the information there, except the payers name, address, city,state, zip.......the main header.

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

What do you like best?
I use it for contracts on a day to day basis and it’s extremely easy to use and very helpful.
What do you dislike?
Honestly it’s pretty solid all the way around, maybe if there were an easier way to export files but that’s really no big deal.
