Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

I have not found any thing yet that I dislike about PDF filler. I tried to think and I just cannot think of anything that I don't like. It works for my needs.

Time saver is the biggest. It no longer takes me 30 minutes to complete a form handwritten. I just download it to pdf filler and go in and type in the answers. I use it every single day and it saves so much of my time and my time is valuable so it is also saving our company money.

What do you dislike?
Some of the editing features don't always line up perfectly in the final document. The efile feature is not always accepted for requires signatures.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. I've only just started using it, but so far; I am loving it. It's easy to use, and very useful with my work. I'm an RN and I work as an independent nurse, so having this program is so nice for my plans of care, and sending them to the physician to get signed is easy peasy! Thank you.

Great Service - Great Support Team
I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.

What do you like best?
I am able to create, share and store my resumes. It's so easy to use the online editor.
What do you dislike?
It can be tricky to move words on the pages.
