How do you select in Word?
To select a single word, quickly double-click that word. To select a line of text, place your cursor at the start of the line, and press Shift + down arrow. To select a paragraph, place your cursor at the start of the paragraph, and press Ctrl + Shift + down arrow.
How do you select specific cells in Excel?
Click on a cell to select it. Or use the keyboard to navigate to it and select it. To select a range, select a cell, then with the left mouse button pressed, drag over the other cells. Or use the Shift + arrow keys to select the range. To select non-adjacent cells and cell ranges, hold Ctrl and select the cells.
How do you select non highlighted cells in Excel?
Select the data range including column headers, and click Data > Filter. Click on one of the filter icons, and click Filter by Color > No Fill. Click OK. Select all cells in the range you use, and click Tools > Select > Select Cells with Format.
