I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. It was easy to use. just having difficulty emailing and printing 25 page document. states processing 1 of 25 but bar is not loading. quite frustrating. been trying for 1.5 hrs now. tried emailing didnt work to print off of it either. ugh

I've enjoyed editing a pdf calendar with my families birthday and anniversary dates to gift this Christmas. Editing was a snap and I have saved my work so I can add more info if needed.

Using it to send IRS forms, very flexible options. Would like to enlarge the font size for printing some forms. If I use it more in future I will be interested in the webinar, but no need right now.

What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

pdfFiller is part of a VERY reputable company that stands by their quality and customer service. There are other similar programs out there, but this one offers much more functionality. Highly recommend if you need pdf editing.

Excellent application but not sure if its worth $9 a month for an individual user working on domestic household forms. Definitely worth it if using for a small business.
