so far so good. Not the easiest to find document while logged in. I find I have to do a search on the document from a web browser to get to it. PFDfiller couldn't find the doc from within the app.

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Easy way to fill in forms online
Easy to get things filled in and returned to customers without having to print, write and then scan or fax back. Saves a lot of time in getting payment information from guests.
This software doesn't really do anything else except for fill in PDF files. If this is all you need then great but it would be nice if it could do some other tasks with PDF files as well.

Great Tool!
PDFfiller is wonderful for all those documents we have to go through and all the contracts we need done. They help fill in and make sure everything is in its place.
We have no issues as of yet with the system. It has been very helpful in fast filling the doucments we need.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. My refund was effected very very quickly....never had such excellent and responsive service. This first class customer support is second to none. Highly recommend pdfFiller. Thanks a bunch.Sandra

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I have clients that need medical claim forms sent to insurance companies (they keep their own books). I can enter in the info and go!

What do you like best?
Easy to navigate, loads quickly. I usually don't have a lot of time in the field to wait for loading.

Once I was proficient in the navigation, I was good.

I get a fast turnaround on documents that need signed. I can also verify that the documents have been signed while out in the field.
