I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

I have had limited use since I became a subscriber. I have difficulty printing the PDF file I was working on and asked your online help desk what I could do to remedy that but without success.

So far so good... i've used several different programs and am a quick learner.... can't say that for a lot of people who are not used to new programs.... this is VERY user friendly and I will definitely recommend it!
