I tried it before purchasing. The font, tick box selection and general feel is better, in my opinion, than that I have experienced with Adobe. My abilities are significantly challenged due to illness. The PDF document that I have to use presents with problems when I run it in other edit utilities. I did a lot of shopping , signed up with a few other apps, once I tried this one,I went back to all the ones I was on a free trial with and cancelled . This was the one. It was easy and I was able to use it the way I wanted immediately and have been using it almost every day.

Really great product. So many of the forms I am sent would mean hours of unnecessary handwriting. With PDF Filler I am able to complete them in 1/2 the time. (The only negative is the learning curve, but once I learned how to maneuver around its great!)

The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

AWESOME SOFTWARE
Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.
