I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

Just started. Good so far. I wish it connected with our online storage so that completed forms could be automatically added to our storage instead of having to download them.

Great for filling out PDF's - great User interface, providing all requirements for filling out forms (ie. Ticks, Crosses, Circles) all easily resizeable along with text.

Sometimes getting forms can be a little difficult

The ability to edit PDF documents quickly and easily
What do you dislike?
When documents are locked by other applications such as DocuSign you cannot sign them or open them with this software. You are however able to sign them on that platform after creating a separate logon with DocuSign.

Easy way to fill in forms online
Easy to get things filled in and returned to customers without having to print, write and then scan or fax back. Saves a lot of time in getting payment information from guests.
This software doesn't really do anything else except for fill in PDF files. If this is all you need then great but it would be nice if it could do some other tasks with PDF files as well.

Awesome Program
Awesome tool. I can modify PDFs easily. I have used it a lot since I got it. I really didn't know how much I would use it, but I use it a lot.The program itself is super easy to navigate. Not a single complaint. Easy to use.
