I just was able to get the best service…
I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! Great Value! A Must Have!
PDF Filler is one software that's worth so much more than what I paid for. I work in 3 different industries- Staffing, Construction and Real Estate and this software has become a necessity in everyday document preparation. It saves so much time and money. No need to subscribe to expensive Adobe editing software. Every time I show how this software works to friends and colleagues, they are amazed. I wish I had known about PDF Filler long time ago. I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

so far i like the app I have been able to access pdf docs. and templates and edit. very satisfied I also loje the onine fax capability. Keep up the good work.

I had to send an important medical document on short notice and needed to fill a pdf document that was not fillable. I quickly did a search on the internet and found the pdfFilter. To my surprise, it was effortless to do, and was able to send the document in a timely manner.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool
While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.

What does it mean to execute a deed?
When a person “executes” a document, he or she signs it with the proper “formalities”. For example: If there is a legal requirement that the signature on the document be witnessed, the person executes the document by signing it in the presence of the required number of witnesses.
Why execute a document as a deed?
A deed is a special type of binding promise or commitment to do something. The substantial requirement of a deed is that it be intended by the executing party to be the most serious indication to the community that she or he really means to do what has been agreed between the parties.
How do you sign a deed?
Signing as a deed requires those very words and the signature of the person “making” the deed. The signature should be on the document itself approximately in the space provided. The words of execution should name the signatory or otherwise make clear who has signed the document.
